Soundbaths are restorative healing journeys where you get to rest deeply while listening to instruments being played, feeling the sound vibration wash over, in and around you.

I use Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Pyramid, Gong, Drum, Tuning Forks, Chimes and various percussion to bring you into a deep state of rest and relaxation as you are literally bathed in sound.

Our bodies are predominantly made up of water. Sound travels faster in water and the water conducts the sound all around to every joint, fascia, tissue, ligament, organ and cell. Its literally a day at the spa for your insides while you get to enjoy a welcome pause from life, feeling safe supported and held.

An ancient Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that life force energy flows through us. If it becomes low or stuck, you are more susceptible to getting sick or stressed, if it is flowing freely, you are a happier, healthier you.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means “Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is "spiritually guided life force energy."

I have had the pleasure of Hayley’s sound baths for a few years now and I absolutely love them and recommend them 100%
Her 1-1 sessions are divine (better than a night out!) her group sessions work so well in her space too and also her sound baths followed by sauna on the beach are such a treat. Hayley has a truly special gift and her sessions leave me feeling so peaceful and calm I would go every day if I could!

I love Hayley's Sound Bath & Sauna events. 🤩
My husband and I have been going for several months now and it's just such a wonderful way to end the week/month.
Every session is slightly different and Hayley is always adding new instruments to her repertoire and her excitement to use them in our sessions is very infectious!
It's common to feel so relaxed after that sound bath section that you feel like staying for a little snooze, but the sauna and Frazer beckons!
The sauna is another level of relaxation on top and for me (a person not keen on the cold) now that the sea is warming up it's so grounding to be able to dip in the sea in between warming up in the sauna.
All round it's the most delightful adventure with Hayley (and Frazer) leaving you feeling relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated!

I have been seeing Hayley for a while now she has changed my life with her beautiful soul kind nature 🥰 her sound bath is second to none I have tried others and it feels like home so relaxed informative love her crystal bowls gong and added extras if there’s something you’d like to know about humming chanting etc she drops a link so personable I highly reccomend her 💓
