Soundbaths are restorative healing journeys where you get to rest deeply while listening to instruments being played, feeling the sound vibration wash over, in and around you.

I use Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Pyramid, Gong, Drum, Tuning Forks, Chimes and various percussion to bring you into a deep state of rest and relaxation as you are literally bathed in sound.

Our bodies are predominantly made up of water. Sound travels faster in water and the water conducts the sound all around to every joint, fascia, tissue, ligament, organ and cell. Its literally a day at the spa for your insides while you get to enjoy a welcome pause from life, feeling safe supported and held.

Reiki is a non-invasive, complimentary therapy which treats the whole being. It exudes a subtle yet powerful energy and treatments are a beautiful, loving and nurturing experience. Imagine just feeling like you’re being held as Reiki energy gently works with your body’s natural ability to heal itself and ease your mind, body and soul back into balance.

An ancient Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that life force energy flows through us. If it becomes low or stuck, you are more susceptible to getting sick or stressed, if it is flowing freely, you are a happier, healthier you.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means “Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is "spiritually guided life force energy."

As you rest comfortably, you'll be immersed in a soothing sound journey while gentle hands on Reiki is offered throughout. The combination of sound and Reiki helps to calm the nervous system, encourage deep relaxation, and invite balance on every level.

Tibetan and Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, Drum, Tuning Forks, Chimes and a variety of percussion instruments are played intuitively to create an immersive soundscape that gently guides you on a deep inner experience.

Our bodies are predominantly made up of water, and sound travels beautifully through water, allowing vibrations to resonate throughout the body, reaching muscles, fascia, joints, tissues, organs and cells. Combined with the gentle, supportive presence of Reiki, this can feel like a deeply restorative reset, offering space to unwind, release tension and reconnect with yourself.

No previous experience of Reiki is needed. Simply come as you are, allowing yourself to rest while being held in a safe, supportive and nurturing environment.

Sessions are held at the Sound Studio in Lancing, West Sussex. Mats, blankets, bolsters, pillows and eye pillows are provided for your comfort. All you need to bring is yourself and an open heart.

Deep Gong & Mantra Immersion 7pm

The healing vibration of ancient Sanskrit stills the mind and opens the heart. Mantra and gong move together, with alchemy crystal and Tibetan singing bowls weaving through the space, creating a layered journey that takes you ever deeper into stillness and back again.

The gong is one of the most powerful sound healing instruments. Its rich, complex overtones reach far beyond what the ear can consciously process. It moves through the body at a cellular level, releasing tension held deep in the tissues, fascia, joints and organs, gently restoring the body to its natural state of balance and harmony.
A restoration that reaches places rest alone cannot.

Sauna & Sound, Lancing Beach

A 2 hour, 2 part event nourishing mind, body and soul.

First enjoy a restorative healing soundbath.
Take a welcome pause from life, feeling safe supported and held. An opportunity to relax, feeling the sound vibration wash over, in and around you taking you on a journey. The sounds bring you into a deep state of rest and relaxation, allowing the body to start healing itself.

Followed by a sauna on the beach with cold bath or sea dips.

Bring a towel for the sauna and yourselves. Mats, pillows, blankets and bolsters will be provided for the soundbath.

To be held at The Sound Studio, Apartment 7, Sunbeam, 164 South Street, Lancing, West Sussex BN15 8FA. And then a few steps over to the sauna located on the beach at Lancing Green.

Yoga Nidra & Sound

Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice of conscious rest that guides you to the threshold between waking and sleep. In this liminal space, the nervous system softens, the mind settles, and something quietly shifts.

I highly recommend a sound bath with Crystals and Sound. The journey Hayley takes you on is deeply nourishing and transformational.

The varied instruments, from the crystal bowls to the large gongs, are expertly woven together to create a special experience, whether you are new to the sound modality or a seasoned sound bath attendee.

I have attended sound baths in many places and this is my favourite. Hayley’s private studio provides small groups and close proximity to the instruments, allowing you to feel the vibrations and receive a fully immersive, deep healing experience.

I also recommend 1-2-1 sound healing sessions with Hayley. I was feeling a bit out of sorts and had some body aches so wanted a more specific and individual experience.

I really didn’t know what to expect and was completely blown away! The care and expertise Hayley showed in using different frequencies and placements of the instruments created a fully immersive healing journey.

I loved the sound bowls and tuning forks being placed at specific areas of my body, especially on my lower back, which had been an area of some long-standing pain.

One to one sound healing is such a powerful treatment to help restore balance and clear your cluttered mind.

I have had the pleasure of Hayley’s sound baths for a few years now and I absolutely love them and recommend them 100%
Her 1-1 sessions are divine (better than a night out!) her group sessions work so well in her space too and also her sound baths followed by sauna on the beach are such a treat. Hayley has a truly special gift and her sessions leave me feeling so peaceful and calm I would go every day if I could!
