Soundbaths are restorative healing journeys where you get to rest deeply while listening to instruments being played, feeling the sound vibration wash over, in and around you.

I use Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Pyramid, Gong, Drum, Tuning Forks, Chimes and various percussion to bring you into a deep state of rest and relaxation as you are literally bathed in sound.

Our bodies are predominantly made up of water. Sound travels faster in water and the water conducts the sound all around to every joint, fascia, tissue, ligament, organ and cell. Its literally a day at the spa for your insides while you get to enjoy a welcome pause from life, feeling safe supported and held.

An ancient Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that life force energy flows through us. If it becomes low or stuck, you are more susceptible to getting sick or stressed, if it is flowing freely, you are a happier, healthier you.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means “Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is "spiritually guided life force energy."

Soundbaths are held at the Sound Studio in Lancing, West Sussex. Mats, blankets, pillows, bolsters and eye pillows are provided for your comfort. All you need to bring is yourself and an open heart.

What a special experience my first ‘sound bath’ was . ✨
In a room dedicated to her sessions , we were comfortable and cosy with cushions and blankets . Surrounded by beautiful twinkling lights .
Hayley soothed us into a dream state with her calming narrative and array of other worldly sounds 😴.
Soft to immense 🎼 that you felt inside and all around you ..

Hayley offered a safe and beautiful space for 6 of us Mums & daughters. I personally found the sound bath a comforting place where I was surrounded by ancient wisdom. Others in the group felt positivity and much needed relaxation. We all felt rejuvenated and ready for the season ahead.

The space is just divine - cosy, comfy, warm and peaceful. And then there’s the sound. Just WOW. Beautiful experience.
Had a wonderful sound healing session from Hayley.
The room is calm and peaceful, with mats, blankets and eye masks. The variety of healing sounds was lovely - from singing bowls to rain-makers and this thing (don’t know what it’s called) that makes the sound of waves over pebbles.
Definitely recommend sound healing with Hayley.
